Shortlisting & interview.
Contract period : 

3 years (renewable for another 2 years at Bank’s discretion)

Annual CTC & Perks : 

₹ 12.00 lac to ₹ 20.00 lac per annum

• Fixed pay component of 70%,

• Variable pay component of 30%.

1. Name of Post – Sr. Executive (Digital Relations) – 02 nos

 

Basic Qualification (Compulsory):

B.E./ B. Tech with minimum 60% marks in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication from recognised University/ Institute.

Preferred: Full time MBA/ Full time Digital Marketing Certificate from recognised University/ Institute.

Post Qualification Work Experience:

Minimum 4 years’ post qualification experience as Relationship Manager/ Executive in dealing with digital marketing of Financial Products in Supervisory/ Management role with Financial Institutions.

Specific Skill (Preferred) as on 01.01.2020:

• Good verbal & written communication skills.

• Ability to work with cross functional teams.

• Attention to details, organisational skills & multitasking ability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accomplish tie ups with Merchants/ Online sellers.

• Customer acquisition & campaign strategies.

• Provide Marketing Support by suggesting new creative products based on Market & Industry requirements.

• Negotiating/ interacting with vendors/ technology Solution providers for win-win situation.

• Ensuring Prompt customer service and complaint management.

• Launch marketing campaigns including those on social media and digital marketing.

• Ensuring smooth and seamless customer experience/ journeys for the online marketplace.

• Coordinate with relevant IT teams to ensure delivery on Customer experience.

• Monitor and Track key customer experience metrics periodically.

• Analysis and Review of seller data and outcome achieved.

• Suggest measures to be adopted to delight customers based on feedback/ analysis.

• Devise & construct campaigns based on analytics

KRA:

• In-charge of B2C or B2B partnership in allocated category for online marketplace.

• Sign-up B2C & B2B marketplace partners (including sourcing, negotiations & contracting).

• Develop & implement negotiation strategy & relationship arrangements with B2C & B2B partners.

• Achieve growth targets for on-boarding of new merchants/ customers.

• Achieve customer acquisition & GMV (Gross merchandise volume) growth targets from B2C & B2B partnerships.

• Obtain, monitor & track key metrics in online usage (page views, click-through & conversions) & present reports.

• Drive initiatives to improve merchant acquisitions, customer engagement and digital sales.

• Increasing in number of digitally active customers.

• Increase in number of customers using Online Marketplace.

• Increase in number of transactions on Online Marketplace.

• Provide support (Content etc.) for marketing initiatives.

• Implement online and social media campaigns.

• Ensure prompt customer service and complaint management.

• Any other work as entrusted by the Controller/ Supervisor.

2. Name of Post – Senior Executive (Analytics) – 02 nos

 

Basic Qualification (Compulsory):

B.E./ B. Tech with minimum 60% marks in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication from recognised University/ Institute # . OR MCA/ MBA (Business Analytics)/ PG (Statistics) # .

Preferred: Certification in Data Science/ Big data from Jigsaw Academy/ Manipal Prolearn/ XLRI/ Reva University/ NMIMS/ IFMR/ IMT or from any Govt. approved Universities/ Institutions #

Post Qualification Work Experience:

Minimum 4 years’ post qualification experience in the field of strategy/ data analytics/ data science/ analytics translator as Manager/ Executive in Supervisory/ Management role in Corporate/ Financial Institutions.

Specific Skill (Preferred) as on 01.01.2020:

• Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking.

• Good verbal & written communication skill.

• Ability to work with cross functional teams.

• Attention to details, organisational skills & multitasking ability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collection, organisation, analysis and dissemination of very large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Work alongside with the business/ management team to establish business needs.

• Interpreting data and analysing results by identifying patterns and trends in data sets.

• Write comprehensive reports to be circulated to relevant members/ management of the business team

• Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining, databases (SQL etc),

• Programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks) and segmentation techniques.

• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).

KRA:

• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing multiple data sources and performance indicators to flag data sanity issues and

• Follow up to resolve them.

• Prioritize & follow up on business and information needs in line with management team’s objectives.

• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

• P/L impact through internal analytics initiatives taken up.

• TAT for internal analytics project taken up.

3. Name of Post – Senior Executive (Digital Marketing)  – 02 nos

 

Basic Qualification (Compulsory):

B.E./ B. Tech with minimum 60% marks in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication from recognised University/ Institute # . Preferred: Full time MBA/ Full time Digital Marketing Certificate from recognised University/ Institute.

Post Qualification Work Experience:

Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience of working in the field of marketing of Bank/ Financial products as Manager/ Executive in Supervisory/ Management role with Corporate/ Financial Institution.

Specific Skill (Preferred) as on 01.01.2020:

• Good verbal & written communication skills.

• Ability to work with cross functional teams.

• Attention to details, organisational skills & multitasking ability.

• Thorough Knowledge of Google AdWords, Ad Network platforms, Performance marketing tools.

• Thorough knowledge of influence marketing, social listening & experimental digital marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Providing Marketing support by suggesting new creative/ products based on market/ industry requirements.

• Acquisition of customers. • Increase in income as per the targets relating to digital banking.

• Proactively arranging meeting with executives of e-Commerce players/ Aggregators/ IT vendors.

• Negotiating/ Interacting with Vendors/ Technology Solution Providers to enable to have win-win situation.

KRA:

− Identify, prioritize and redesign core product/ processes for relevant BU.

− Responsible for revised process approval in coordination with BU’s.

− Monitoring, tracking and organizing of all required SOP, manual, e-circular, e-lessons for proposed new product

− Responsible for collating the ‘on-ground’ feedback from the stakeholders.

− Responsible for achieving cost savings targets from the digital transformation.

− Achievements of targets for redeployment and staff from service to sales.

− Responsible for design, development and execution of new products in assigned categories in coordination with

vendor/technical teams

− Responsible for achieving manpower re-deployment targets from the digital transformation.

− Achievement of desired sales targets from launch of re-imagined customer journeys and products from Business units.

− Accurately complete item set up requirements and all related documents;

− Communicate to procurement, quality department, marketing and sales.

− Work to ensure that product specifications are precise and up-to-date and then communicate to concerned departments

− Coordinate with Marketing & Communications teams on new products launch programs on assigned categories.

− Understand competitive marketplace for assigned categories and document competitive cross references.

− Responsible for achieving P&L targets from the digital transformation.

− Responsible for streamlining the process on regular interval to face the competitive market.

− Work collaboratively with Marketing and Engineering team management to adjust priorities and clarify features.

iv. Appointment of selected candidate is provisional and subject to his/ her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank. Such appointment will also be subject to the service and conduct rules of the Bank for such post in the Bank, in force at the time of joining the Bank.

How to Apply:

Candidates should have valid email ID which should be kept active till the declaration of result. It will help him/her in getting call letter/ Interview advices etc. by email.

i. Candidates will be required to register themselves online through the link available on SBI website and pay the application fee using Internet Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card etc.

ii. Candidates should first scan their latest photograph and signature. Online application will not be registered unless candidate uploads his/her photo and signature as specified on the online registration page (under ‘How to Apply”).

iii. Candidates should fill the application carefully. Once application is filled-in completely, candidate should submit the same. In the event of candidate not being able to fill the application in one go, he can save the information already entered.

When the information/ application is saved, a provisional registration number and password is generated by the system and displayed on the screen.

Candidate should note down the registration number and password. They can re-open the saved application using registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed.  This facility of editing the saved information will be available for three times only.  Once the application is filled completely, candidate should submit the same and proceed for online payment of fee.
